Information for journalists:

• A media centre with free pc and internet support will be available to bona fida journalists during the entire Bioastronomy Symposium. The centre will be staffed by a Media Manager Greg Welsh and three media officers.

• Registration is free to bona fida journalists

• To register please write to Carol Oliver with details of your working journalist status (at least 50% of your income from print or electronic journalism) and intended dates (eg whole symposium or only on a particular day or days).

• Flight conference rates are available to journalists - simply use the same booking form as for delegates for flight bookings only. Please write to Carol Oliver regarding media room rates.

• If you have special requirements (eg bringing a film crew) please let Carol Oliver know.
