Check in time is 2pm but every effort is made to have rooms available for delegates arriving earlier than 2pm.

Ground transportation

All facilities, including restaurants, are located within walking distance. However, if desired, golf buggies (the mode of transport on the island) are available for hire locally. Travel between the islands and the mainland is via ferry. Those not travelling by air can drive to Airlie Beach where a block booking of security parking will be available (approximately AUD $8 per day). The adult return ferry fare between Airlie Beach (Shute Harbour) and Hamilton Island is AUD $42.
